Furniture old, drawers fell apart becoming dangerous to the children and dog. Other residents noisy as where neighbours

Excellent location, right next to tram stop. Can easily walk to any one of the key attractions, we are just lazy! Price was fantastic, amazing value for money. We stayed in the family room with a private bathroom, the room was clean and perfect for a group of lads going to watch the footy. Gary was amazing host and helped out with any questions we had around the area, along with chatting with us and having a good laugh in the bar area.Just be warned, he’s a spurs fan though, but that’s not his fault, I suppose everything can’t be perfect😂Would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back.

The owner is very friendly and hard working. Room was lovely and Cosy , lots of room for our family of 4 Also I’d recommend getting the breakfast here too, was really nice
