"Don't expect the Ritz and you'll be fine."

Location is good. Plenty of free parking in nearby streets (2 hours max stay between 8&6) so overnight parking won't be a problem. Just a basic room. No frills. Shower was nice and hot. Really just somewhere to sleep. Wouldn't really want to stay in it for anything else. For the price it did the job. Clean enough with very basic decor.

Bed was a bit basic. Quilt was a bit thin and small.one very small sachet of shower soap. No soap for washbasin. Won't need an alarm clock. The seagulls will tell you when it's daylight!

The room was clean the beds were comfortable great host pleasent welcoming 10 minutes away from the amenities lovely location will definitely stay here again
