we stayed here as a family of four. when we came in we were greeted by the owner he was very kind and full of conversation. even engaged with the kids. the room was immaculate very clean and tidy. very comfortable. will defo be the hotel we use when we come over to blackpool. highly recommend

Was good size rooms , had a family room , was just what we needed for a one night stay , host is a lovely fella too (just shame he supports spurs haha ) nah honestly lovely little place to stay

Gary, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was fantastic, for the price. The bed was really comfortable- no saggy mattress. The shower was brilliant, hot water throughout and good pressure. The tv was great, all the channels were there. The beach, Tesco, a bakery and loads of takeaways, just a 2 minute walk. Best of all, it was quiet, no street noise at all. Wonderful!

It was close to the front so not far to walk. We had two family rooms which was adequate for an overnight stay. Seems to be located in a street full of B and B’s

The bed in one room was broken and furniture was old and worn. The wardrobe door in one room was hanging off.
