Hacienda Morelos Beachfront Hotel

The Beach was small, but nice and sandy and clean and the location was nice. There was supposed to be free coffee in the morning but we went down at 8:30am to get coffee and we were told they had already made 2 pots and weren't making any more that day. So that was weird.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were not actually pillows they were cloths shoved in a pillow, The main reason why we chose this hotel was because of the beachfront and the balcony on the hotel, we knew the rooms were going to be a downgrade compared to the resort we stayed at previously but we figured it would be ok with having a nice balcony to look at the ocean. We arrived and our room did not have a balcony at all, it was terrible and dark, there were windows at the front of the room but you could only see out of them if you were standing up. Very disapointing for the money we paid!! The bathroom was subpar and the shower did not even have a proper stream of water that you could stand under to get washed and rinsed off. The restaurant was nice as it was over looking the water and the boats that were anchored so it was pretty, and the food was good, although pricey. I would not return to stay at this hotel, i'm sure there are better options out there. I would just go and visit it to enjoy the restaurant and the views.

Great location in Puerto Morelos. Right on the beach with restaurants all around. It is definitely a 3 star so don’t be expecting anything fancy or extra amenities. That being said we enjoyed our stay

Location was fantastic. Quite central to what I needed to do.

It was extremely basic for the price. Everything from a blow dryer to pool towels were an add on. Staff could have been more ‘friendly’. I felt treated as though we were a bother to their day to day.

The location is perfect. Great balcony overlooking the lovely beach. Close walk to everything.

The beds were more than hard! It was like sleeping on a rock. My hips hurt every morning. Pillows were not great either. Would prefer coffee maker in room rather than go down to lobby for 1 cup per guest! Towel situation was spotty at best. No phone in room to call down to front desk.

The location is excellent ,being right on the beach and still being part of the town with many lovely shops and restaurants

I got one of the last rooms, obviously, and one of the few rooms without a balcony.

Tout, super emplacement les pieds dans l'eau, jolies chambres avec vue, Très calme. Le parking est appréciable.
