La beauté du lieu et sa proximité avec le centre ville et la plage Le personnel et la responsable Erika est très agréable

The view and the location are spectacular.

The shower didn’t work. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. The lights were terrible.

The beach access is unrivaled in PM. It's literally what you're paying for as the rooms are so tired.

The staff at the front desk can be rude and unhelpful. Some of the beds (on the top floor) weren't fit for purpose. Lumpy pillows. No kettle in the room although they do serve coffee in the lobby every morning (but you'll be told off if you help yourself to more than one cup).

Location by the sea and sea view rooms. Restaurant is beautiful but food more or less.

The “premium” room we had was in really bad condition, poorly maintained. We got a really bad image. The other rooms are better but too expensive for what it is (you get better value in other hotels by the beach).

The best parts about the stay were the most important ones: amazing central location, beachfront access, superb cleanliness, and lovely, attentive staff. The hotel was accommodating with a last minute request for a ground floor room due to mobility issues.

The things that fell short for us could have been figured out with a bit of research on my part. One of my travel companions has limited mobility so she could not easily enter the pool and had some issues using the stairs in order to enter the beachfront area. That said, the hotel was very helpful with everything within their control. Just something to be aware of if you’re traveling with older people or a person with a physical disability.
