Hacienda Morelos Beachfront Hotel

Grand Risings, We had to leave a deposit for a room key; they only allowed 1 key even though it was double occupancy I paid for. When I booked it, the price was one amount, then they cancelled my reservation, when I rebooked the price went up. I will definitely use Booking.com again and stay at the hotel again. However, the beds were VERY uncomfortable, I will bring a mattress cover next time as we travel to Mexico every year. The beach was clean; the staff were friendly enough, we didn't engage with them often.

Great view from room and terrace. Spacious room. Easy parking. Close to stores and restaurants.

We waited a long time to check in because something was wrong with the bathroom door. We could have been in the room while workers fixed the door...instead we sat in the lobby for hours with little or no explanation of what was going on from the staff. We complained to the manager who apologized.

Location was excellent. Right on a beautiful stretch of beach at the quieter end. Pool was also a big hit with the kids. Fridge in rooms and big well stocked grocery right across the street. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. Friendly staff.

Not all TVs had Roku. No hot water for last day and a half.

Bel hôtel, chambre simple mais confortable, directement sur la plage, joli restaurant. Parking privé.
