Incredible location, great staff, beautiful balcony with the most wonderful view. Clean. Lovely pool. With a wonderful restaurant downstairs.

Nothing. It’s a lovely place. Not the most modern decor but it’s clean & the view & location make up for that!

"Felt like my own beach side condo"

My second stay ..excellent location rooms with balconies over the sea and I enjoyed hearing the surf and the table outside for coffee and drinks ..very nice beds and linens bathroom with spotless shower and fittings plenty of room for toiletries. Very good restaurant and just steps from Supermarket with cafe and take out options ..can walk to everything BEST STAY IN TOWN will return ..nice lighting options and draperies very pleasant and quiet

TV remotes (2) almost impossible to use , and going off after a few hours ....had to ask staff 3 times to help. 3rd floor rooms are up several staircases not for people with mobility issues ...no drinking water or coffee service

très belle vue depuis la chambre spacieuse, plage tranquille et agréable, au centre du village, proche du supermarché et des restaurants

chambre pour 4 mais avec équipement pour 2: 2 serviettes de toilette, 2 chaises sur la terrasse; il faut demander pour avoir pour 4.

La localisation est idéale au milieu du village sur la plage, tout est à portée de main. On est loin des gros resorts de la riviera Maya. La terrasse du restaurant est très agréable.

Les lits étaient étroits et durs, le restaurant assez moyen, mais c'est le cas de la plupart des restaurants du coin et les prix sont élevés. Les chambres sont un peu "dans leur jus".
