"Prima Stadthotel in Osh"

Waren bereits zum zweiten mal Gast in diesem Hotel. Haben diesmal auch den Pool ausprobiert. War eine herrliche Abkühlung und an der Poolbar gibt es alle Getränke! Top Frühstücksbuffet!

Хороший отель. Все удобно, чисто, комфортно. Комната превысила ожидание. Бассейн. Отличный ресторан.

Все плюсы отеля перечернула ситуация с вызовом такси. Вечером я заказала на ресепшен такси на 6.30. Спускаюсь в 6.20. Ресепшен вызывает такси. Я иду пить кофе. 6.40 такси нет. 6.45 ресепшен говорит идти через дорогу такси там. Я прошу её пойти со мной. Идём вместе. Такси нет. Я начинаю ругаться, так как уже опаздываю на самолёт. В результате ресепшен останавливает первую попавшую машину, не такси, сажает меня в неё. Да, в результате все ок, но нервов это мне стоило.

Le personnel parle bien anglais, il est particulièrement attentionné et d'une bonne aide dans nos démarches. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Breakfast is very good and varied

Honestly, the place is horrific. Our room was dirt and smelly, as well as the bathroom. Walls were full of staints. Generally, the place needs strong maintenance works. The pool did not even have water. The water refills on the floors were dirty. I think that for this price is possible to find better alternatives in the city.

Sehr freundliches und super Englisch sprechendes Personal. Großer Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Zimmer und Bad groß genug und sauber. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bazar
