Breakfast was good and actually had some good vegan options like boiled and roasted veg plus fresh fruit. My room was very big and clean. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged my taxi at silly o'clock in the morning.

This might be just me but there's a nightclub nearby and I could hear Russian disco from 22:00 - 04:00 on both nights (Wednesday and Thursday), so did not have a good sleep.

Бронировал 2 номера: одноместный и двухместный. При заселении отсутствовали туалетные принадлежности, халаты, тапочки. Также отсутствовали: заявленный мини-бар, питьевая вода в номере. В одном номере возле кровати отсутствовали розетки, в другом номере (двухместном) была одна розетка, да и та посередине кровати под подушкой. Кроме того, в отеле не работал лифт, и приходилось забираться пешком на 4 этаж. Никаких скидок и извинений со стороны отеля за доставленные неудобства не было. Также отсутствовал шкаф или гардероб (только вешалка прямо в комнате рядом с кроватью. Ковровое покрытие - отсутствует (только небольшой коврик возле окна в одноместном номере. Ремонт в номере тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Отклеевшиеся, болтающиеся декоративные элементы, стены со следами прежних постояльцев, разболтанная сантехника.

Additionally, the hotel has an elevator, so there's no need to lug your luggage up and down stairs – a small but significant detail that makes the stay even more convenient. The on-site restaurant, located on the first floor, served a delicious breakfast each morning that left me ready to explore the city. In summary, I had a fantastic stay at the Sunrise Osh Hotel in Osh City, Kyrgyzstan. With its prime location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities, it is a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

While there was no water provided in the rooms, a water cooler was available on each floor, ensuring guests have easy access to drinking water.
