Rekonstrukcija zgrade, buka zbog radova u zgradi, manjak ventilacije u apartmanu. Manjak nekih sadržaja. Vešalice za garderobu, garderober, pegla za veš.

La ubicación es muy buena y la atención del anfitrión antes de irnos.

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento no fue buena. El alojamiento tiene graves problemas de mantenimiento y limpieza: la pintura de las paredes está levantada en varias zonas por la humedad, lo que provoca un olor a humedad constante. El apartamento es oscuro porque no hay ventanas que den a una zona donde entre la luz directa y el patio es muy pequeño y a penas entra luz. Las fotografías aparecen bien iluminadas pero por nuestra experiencia, las deben haber tomado con luz artificial. ​La limpieza fue deficiente; el baño estaba sucio, incluyendo la mampara de la ducha y se apreciaba la cal en la grifería. En resumen, no cumple con lo anunciado y la estancia no fue agradable. Por supuesto no esperábamos un hotel 5 estrellas, pero las valoraciones las hacemos en función a lo que nos hemos encontrado en otros viajes y, además, ayudando tanto a otros posibles huéspedes como al alojamiento para que subsanen sus deficiencias.

Perfektes Appartement im Herzen der Stadt – alles, was man braucht Wir waren für drei Nächte bei Luca zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement liegt ideal mitten in der Stadt und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Schon beim Betreten merkt man, dass die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert wurde – alles ist sauber, modern und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es ist sehr geräumig, sodass man sich auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht beengt fühlt. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die Parkmöglichkeiten, die sehr praktisch und gut zugänglich sind. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Luca!

Die Terrasse kann keinesfalls als Terrasse bezeichnet werden beim Fenster öffnen stinkt es draussen und ist und ist voller Tauben kot und die Terrasse ist doch es gefangen hat man hat also kein Ausblick irgendwohin

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Katanii. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, łóżko duże i wygodne. Telewizja z Netflixem i YouTube. Czysto i przestronnie. Polecamy

If I have to say something negative will NOT be regarding the Property BUT regarding the outside dirty surroundings!

Great location. Beautiful little street, vibrant, full of nice restaurants. You don’t hear any of the noise either. Hosts are amazing. The apartment itself, the shower, is great.

The property is on the first ground, at least from the entrance. However, it does feel subterranean as the only window which is high above the kitchen bench is only at ground level. The terrace is nice but its quite small and its doesn’t help alleviate the feeling of being rather low. There are barely any cooking utensils and not even one decent pan to cook with.
