DAMIR HOTEL

Otaqda isti su yox idi. Bu barədə qeydiyyat masasında işləyən oğlana yaxınlaşıb bildirdim. O da kiməsə zəng vurdu və soruşdu. Qısa telefon danışığından sonra mənə dedi ki, düz deyirsiz, həmin otağın isti suyu yoxdur. Otağı dəyişməyi təklif etdi. Gecə saat birdə əşyalarımı toplayıb ikinci mərtəbədən üçüncü mərtəbəyə, yeni otağa köçdüm. Qeydiyyatçı bildirdi ki, yoxlamışam, bu otağa isti su gəlir. Ona inanıb suyu yoxlamadım, yatdım. Səhər duş qəbul edəndə bu otaqda da isti suyun olmadığını gördüm.

A good location, close to the museum. It is only recently renovated with a new name and is now an excellent hotel. I recommend it. The breakfast could be better, but maybe it is because it is new and they lack experience

The breakfast was hearty, enough choice even for vegetarians. Beautiful hotel with nicely decorated room. Good restaurant right next to the hotel.

I had booked a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn't close. After complaining to the reception, the problem was immediately fixed by changing my room to a room with a bathroom. Everything was fine there.

The breakfast was luxurious! Black and red caviar!

There was no soap in the bathroom

Breakfast was fine. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner wasn't working. There was no COLD water in the room. The shower really wasn't usable as the water was uncomfortably hot and could not be adjusted. The black out curtains could not be adjusted to cover the window adequately. There was a constant low thumping sound coming from somewhere in the hallway which was very annoying. In 3 days our room was never serviced.

Amazing room, perfect bathroom. Nice view and location. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is very well decorated.

The staff entered our room without knocking the door. Internet was not reliable.

Room was alittle dated but I didn’t mind it at all. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious

The single room with attached bathroom was great

Had to change my room because the single with shared bathroom had issues. But got an upgrade for free
