Absolutely top level classy Hotel. Staff is very friendly and kind, they helped me with all trips and excursions. Breakfast is perfection. Can only recommend it.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was great (caviar!!!!). Everything is new and spotless clean. The shower cabin is bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in :) Bathrobe and slippers provided. Plenty of parking. Very close to the museum.

It would be great if there were more hangers - the wardrobe in our room has only 3 , clearly not enough for two people.... Also, it would help if the administration sorts out Google maps situation: the hotel is still shown under its old name, which is confusing.

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the breakfast was tasty.

Occasionally the WiFi wouldn’t work but that’s not a big problem.

Damir has been very recently renovated and is in a very central location. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are friendly.

Clean modern rooms, modern hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the aircon didn't work which made the room hot and stuffy. The breakfast was underwhelming and the kitchen/restaurant staff was very unhelpful and didn't speak English. Food at the buffet was not replenished and our requests for some fruits were ignored until the helpful receptionist stepped in. Comfy hotel but mediocre service.

I want to express sincere gratitude to the reception lady Nadira and the gentleman. They gave me much help during my stay in Nukus. The hotel is close to the museum. The breakfast is excellent.
