George the owner is very responsive with messaging. The location is great, close to shops, about 10 minutes from the seafront. The beds are super comfy if a little low to the ground. It was pretty clean. It was stylish in its decoration. Parking on the street is included, we managed to find a space on the same road every day bar one. It was nice and quiet in that area which was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could be made better.

I have sent feedback to George directly on somethings. Some areas I.e windows and behind taps could be cleaned. There are some items missing i.e. no cups to fit under the coffee maker, we only had 3 mugs (which was rectified really quickly when there). The living room is area isn't particularly comfortable, it has a 3 seater sofa and a couple of chairs but my parents were older and as it rained a lot we spent time there, so not ideal for comfort. The tv had no aerial and a German firestick, not the end of the world. My parents couldn't shower as it was a shower over the bath and they couldn't get in, plus the shower screen was so small it flooded the bathroom, so slippy. The beds in the rooms are so big you cant get round one side of them which could be difficult for older people like my parents. The stairs are really steep, which was fine for me but less so for my parents. So lots of little things and personal opinion.
