The location was good.

It was probably my fault as I should have looked more deeply into the reviews. Our first impression was that the hand soap in the bathroom was watered down Asda hand-wash! Not what you expect for 125 pounds per night. Looking back at previous feedback from customers it was clear that none of the helpful suggestions from previous guests had been acted upon. What a shame. The electric shower still doesn't work, there were still only 2 coffee pods, there was still a step not marked as a trip hazard. The tv remote didn't work properly and there was hair in the bath plug hole. The steps to the 2nd bedroom also need repairing and the window in the bedroom needs painting. I'm not a person to write bad reviews but having stayed in numerous air b and bs there is a certain standard which is required and I'm afraid this didn't meet it which was disappointing. I have no idea why anyone would leave a 10 for this property.

Great for the price. It was clean and functional.

It was tired, needed a little bit of tlc however still clean and functional.

Perfect for what I needed

6 digit lock to internal door isn’t easy to use. There is a minor electrical glitch that cuts power every 10-15 min for less than 1 second.
