It was comfortable and spacious.

Easy access to the property via a key code, communication with George was prompt with simple instructions to follow, location convenient for train and town centre. The kitchen is well equipped, appliances are are all quality brands, Bosch, SMEG, Samsung. The split level apartmentt has access to a small garden which is nice to have in the summer months.

We enjoyed our stay, A few minor things could be improved the bathroom door handle kept coming loose, the toaster didn’t appear to work and the circular frying pan was not compatible with the induction hob. All this can be easily rectified.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious with good cooking facilities and a washing machine. We appreciated the free parking permit and had no problem finding a parking space outside the apartment. We also liked being just a short walk from the artistic quarter with its cafés and independent shops. The harbour and seafront were also within easy walking distance. Communication with George was good and he responded quickly to our messages. Thank you!

Overall we were very happy and just have a couple of minor suggestions. We would have appreciated some coffee pods for the very smart coffee machine, and instructions and facilities for recycling our rubbish.

Excellent location to the town and beach. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Stairs bit of a killer

We were staying in Folkestone to see family and didn’t want to book a hotel. This was a great little place to stay, perfect placement for us.

Well located apartment on a quiet street halfway between the station and beach, very close to the town centre and shops. Great facilities with 2 comfy double beds, full kitchen large tv, wifi & cosy living area. Books and games for entertainment too.

The stairs to the loft room are very steep, may not be suitable for young children/ others who struggle with stairs. Electric shower and oven hood were not working but the owner said he will check this, there's a second shower hose over the bath so this wasn't an issue.
