I liked the territory itself, and the greenery all around. I loved the pool. That's it

Bad rooms, terrible air conditioning, bathrooms are unclean, staff were not super helpful. Only one power socket in my room worked, which made it super inconvenient. Wifi is terrible, especially when you need a stable connection. Definitely, it was my problem that I decided to save a bit of money and book this place; however, I was counting the days till my checkout. Don't order transport or buy tours there, because they charge x3. The worst part was when I sent my bag full of dirty clothes to the laundry, and when I got it back, two of my T-shirts just disappeared. Of course, the receptionist tried to convince me that I had lost and it was my problem. I did not want to argue because I am a tourist in a foreign country, but I was still a tad disappointed. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE SOME MONEY, I BEG YOU DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I am an avid traveller, and for me, it was one of the most disappointing bookings I have ever made.

The friendly staff, the best Wayan Dewi, shes the one who make our stay in Bali, a dream came true. the involving nature, the pool, the views, the garden, the silence and the surrounding by local houses.

All was perfect.

I loved the location and the kindness from the staff. The waited for me until late when I just arrived the first day. The pool is amazing, I really enjoyed my stay. Also the price is very good

1. When we first arrived, the property was difficult to reach. In spite of telling the hotel when we were coming, they did not offer and help with the bags even though it is a longt walk from the nearest drop off point to the hotel. 2. We were then told by the receptionist that our room wasn’t ready as the person who had previously booked it was unwell and couldn’t leave. The only option they had was to put us in a very dirty room with an outdoor bathroom for the first night. 3. We were then given another room the following day. However this was not the room we booked. Our original booking said we would have a tea and coffee maker, ours did not. It also said we would have a balcony, however we were on the ground floor. They was no adequate mosquito protection, especially considering the property is surrounded by jungle on all sides. Mosquitos were flying around the curtains as they left large gaps in the design, and the doors were not airtight. There was also no net over the bed. We both got bitten a lot because of this. When lying on the bed we felt like we were getting bitten by mites the whole night. Spraying it with a citronella spray helped fix this somewhat. Busy day three we began to feel like we were Starship Troopers with all the bugs we had to fight. The bathroom smelled and the sink was dirty, badly alpines with the tap and was too small to be very useful. They was rising damp in the walls as well making the room look cheap. The WiFi was terrible and would constantly disconnect. The signal on my Indonesian sim was also non-existent. Furnishings in the room were very basic. 4. No compensation was given for the mess up with the first night, or the fact they lied about the room description for our second room. 5. Their taxi driver tried to charge us far too much for our journey to the next accommodation. When we haggled him down to a more reasonable price he got offended and gave the job to someone else. 6.
