Staff were very friendly and understanding. I had issues with withdrawing cash and couldn't pay all on arrival, they were kind enough to allow me a few days to figure my issue out. Also the scooter hire was seamless and no issues . The pool was spectacular

On the room details there were coffee, tea, kettle, dining table and toiletries that were suppose to be part of the room but were not, also didn't have toilet paper

The pool area was nice and the hotel was in a very good location however difficult to get to if you are carrying heavy bags as you have to walk quite a way to get there.

The room was run down with a leaking sink, leaking ceiling, no bathroom door and rotten walls.

They canceled our book upon arrival. No prior notice

The location is really good. Its very affordable. Dont expect much with the room but its spacious. The facilities out of the room is really pretty.

Nice garden, but I didn't dare using the swimming pool due to the low hygienic standards of the hotel. Central position.

I couldn't shower for the whole length of my stay cause just some drops of water were going out the shower head. Moreover, i couldn't close the room door from inside cause the lock was broken, meaning i had to sleep with the door open and any animal or insect could enter. The bathroom and room were dirty and moldy, the shower mat had probably never been washed. No basics provided (water, soap...). Sneaky staff.

It's a great place for that price. Right in the city center, but peace and quiet. There is a very beautiful garden , a lot of different trees, flowers, statues, a swimming pool and a rice field just behind the hotel. Some rooms have a view on the garden, some on the rice field.

The breakfast is the only disappointment here. My pancake was raw and they forgot about fruit, I had to wait and remind. Better go somewhere else for breakfast. But you can try, maybe you 'll be luckier.

One of the worst hotel probably not cleaned for few years have to walk 5 min if you have luggage. Worst room so so so dirty. Omg it was already late for us can’t even leave this place told them to change bedsheet blanket everything had stain. Toilet doesn’t have hand wash no hand towels. Not sure how people are staying here you will get sick .
