El entorno es un poco decadente y bastante sucio ,algo normal en ese casco antiguo.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. They met us upon arrival, allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, and shared helpful recommendations for local cafés and sights. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and very comfortable — we really enjoyed it.

While the area feels charming during the day, we felt uncomfortable walking through some of the nearby narrow streets at night (around 10–11 PM). As two women, we didn’t always feel safe due to the atmosphere and presence of groups of black men lingering around, which made us uneasy. After looking it up, we also found that the neighborhood has a reputation for being less safe at night. Nothing happened during our stay, but we would recommend guests—especially solo travelers or women—to be cautious if returning late.

Very spacious and clean apartment at the central of Genova. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities that are needed. I totally recommend to stay here!
