GBVery clean, spacious, added touches of everyday essentials such as soaps, toilet roll, water, milk. Friendly owners and very imformative. It is also a great location to beamish and all local ameneties.
The only thing i could complain about is having to sleep in a single bed for the first time in 20 years and then falling out of it! 🤣
AUThe house was warm and comfortable for our family to stay for 4 nights and well priced. We stayed in the area as it was close to our family and we had a car. The host left milk and water in the fridge which was appreciated as well as washing detergent. The host was easily reached via messenger and prompt in their replies.
The beds are narrow but I think that’s more so we are used to a larger bed and the stairs are skinny and steep. Just to be aware of if you’re elderly but these are usual stairs for the age of the property.

Boiler was a little bit noisy at night but not a major issue

No hot water No lamp in the living room Blood on duvet Back door has been boarded up which is not good if there was a fire you would be stuck.
