"It's not entirely pleasant"

I didn't like it at all, to be honest.

The receptionist's service was terrible; she didn't speak English, so communication was very difficult. The bathroom is something I never understood because it doesn't have a shower, and what little there is leaves the whole bathroom wet. The bed is extremely hard, the amenities are very basic, and it wasn't completely clean.
