They had a wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for a week whilst we were on holy pilgrimage to Masjidul Aqsa

Best location, enter via Damascus Gate and walk straight ahead for like 5 min (not even) & this fab hotel is right on the street that Jesus walked & right outside his 4th stop where he embraced his mother Mary. We had a room with a balcony with a priceless view, the gorgeous streets of course & also the top of the Dome of the Rock. The staff were all just lovely and helpful. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom so fabulously renovated.
