Location was outstanding

We are in our 70s and the climbing the stairs 4 floors was somewhat difficult. Thankfully, the excellent staff carried our luggage up and down the stairs for us

"Un desorden y caos total"

Llegamos y nos habían reservado la habitación y nos dejaron en la calle no nos dieron opción a otra habitación ni nada que nos pusieramos en contacto con Booking

Que son unos sinvergüenzas y nos dejaron sin habitación ni opción a nada de noche en medio de Jerusalén en la noche con la reserva hecha habían dado a otra persona nuestra habitación y no les quedaba más
