The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The AC was mostly non-functional. It was hot, and a non-functional AC spoiled the resting periods at night. Also, its location is way too far from the city. You need to travel at least 4/5 KM to go to see any place, if you are travelling for tourism.

Location was fine in a calm area of Varanasi but still central.

Bed linen was not fresh which is unacceptable. Breakfast was very basic.
