Big spacious room, nice and quiet at night. Staff clean the communal areas non stop. Porter was particularly friendly and helpful. Good wifi

Not on the ball with replenishing things like loo roll, shower gel etc. Staff phoned our room and woke us up an hour before breakfast service stopped to ask where we were (we were asleep after travelling the day before). Few western options for breakfast besides toast and cereal

Approach

Probably one of the best hotels in Varanasi. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room was excellent - clean, modern, and well-maintained. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very good, both for breakfast and from the regular menu. The fact that the hotel is not located directly on the Ganges is actually a big advantage - it’s easy to access, much quieter, and the main ghats are only about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away.

The staff were lovely, very attentive and friendly. The food was great.

The room was average but for the price it was very fair.
