Viesu nams skaistā vietā kalnā, Kutaisi vecajā daļā. Vecpilsēta 20 minūšu gājiena attālumā. Ļoti skaists skats no terases uz pilsētu, kalniem un blakus esošu baznīcu. Fantastisks saimnieks. Palīdzēja izplānot un pats aizveda uz apskates vietām. Ideāla vieta mierpilnai atpūtai. Viss ir vienkārši, bet no sirds. Bijām šeit iepriekš un noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl :) Paldies!

Palīdzēja izplānot un pats aizveda uz apskates vietām. Ideāla vieta mierpilnai atpūtai. Viss ir vienkārši, bet no sirds. Bijām šeit iepriekš un noteikti atgriezīsimies vēl :) Paldies!

"Amazing"

We had the family room, actually that's 2 rooms and a bathroom. It felt like a movie: wooden floors, high double doors, beautiful old furniture, don't forget to admire the ceilings and the old school wallpaper! Huge porch with several places to sit, view on the city and the mountains, green garden with fruit trees and more places to sit. Small kitchen and refrigerator for the guests. The owner is always smiling and he helped us out when our car broke down, taking us where we could get help, amazing. His daughter speaks English fluently. If you don't have a car, the location might be a bit of a challenge as it is not so close to the center of town. We booked 2 nights and stayed three and would most certainly book it again if we are in the neighbourhood.

No complaints!

Останавливались в этом гостевом доме в начале июня на 2 ночи. Красивый дом, шикарный балкон и зоны отдыха на территории. Ухоженный сад. Семейный номер состоит из 2-х смежных комнат, сохранивших очарование старых грузинских домов. Лепнина, мебель из натуральных материалов. Отдельный санузел. Кухня полностью укомплектована необходимой утварью. Она на 3 комнаты. Кровати удобные, белье приятное. Чисто. Очень гостеприимный хозяин. Поможет, подскажет, при случае подвезет до центра. За это ему отдельная большая благодарность. Объект размещения очень рекомендую

"fijne rustige plek met uitzicht op de stad"

fijne plek met mooi uitzicht. vriendelijke eigenaar en leuke tuin met mandarijnenboomgaard. niet ver van de stad en helemaal vrij.

Beautiful house in a peaceful residential part of the city. The room was comfortable, very quite, and came with access to a kitchen area. The service was also above and beyond, would strongly recommend!

"A great place to relax and also for intelectual work."

Hospitality of my landlord Gocha, lots of discussion about politcs, great local heating, huge fridge, nice view out the appartment. Nice environment next to the church and cemetery.

The toilet was hard to splash:)
