Very clean. Location is away from the rush of the city and peaceful. Beautiful estate.

Booking showed check in from 12 am-12am we arrived at 9 Am and we were turned away and told to come back at 1 pm for check in. They were hesitant to store our small bags but did agree to hold them. Also, there is no mention of a deposit on our booking but when we arrived there is a cash only £20 deposit to receive a key for your room and the front door and it absolutely a necessity.

"not really suitable for me."

price was low but there was an extra charge for parking when i got there.

perfumed room needed airing, luckily the weather was ok to have the sliding window open all night, i slept the wrong way up in the bed so my head was near the window. no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no tea at help yourself continental breakfast. the on suite bathroom was so small (one arms length wide) i had to use the shared bathroom and ended up not showering. there were obsticles to squeeze around and step over on the way to the room. i was only there one night,i wouldnt have stayed longer. prob ok for a small person who doesnt mind perfume.

Location good for Amber Lakes and airport. Nice big garden although furniture poorly maintained. Bed was comfyand clean. Room was massive

Bathroom was through an adjacent room, up the stairs, along the landing, and shared by three other rooms. There was a shared toilet and sink outside our room which was downstairs. Had to ask for towels in the room as none supplied. Breakfast was not good. Electric egg boiler where you were supposed to prepare your own. Toaster provided with bread and butter but no jams. Pastry's in packets from shop. Instant coffee and tea (make your own). Poor excuse for cereal (not sure how long they had been there). Concern over fire safety, oil burners on floor in hallways. Desk in small room used to access 3 bedrooms half covering door. Expected to pay extra for parking resulting in us parking on road. No ensuite and unable to see out into garden because of blinds (no curtains). Had to hang clothing on empty curtain rails as no rail in wardrobe.

It’s near to airport and shops. Staff were welcoming.

Old property. Dark and cold. Shower is situated upstairs- I had to come out of my room and go upstairs to have a shower. It had a shared toilet- outside my room and I could hear everyone going into toilet. Basic breakfast. It has noisy doors. I didn’t like to sit in sitting outside area as other guests were smoking there. There is no bus transport to the airport. I had to get uber taxi which was not cheap. Please do your research you don’t have own transport to airport.

Dear Booking.com, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent booking made through your platform. On [Date of booking], I booked a stay at Dream Lodge. Your website clearly stated that check-in was available from 00:00 AM to 00:00 AM, implying 24-hour availability. Upon arrival at Dream Lodge at approximately 1:00 AM, I was informed that all rooms were taken, despite your website still showing availability. When I requested a refund for the £75 I had paid, the staff refused and were incredibly hostile, shouting at me. As a result, I was left with no accommodation and had to sleep in my car. This experience was unacceptable and a direct contradiction of the information provided on your platform. I request a full refund for my booking and urge you to investigate Dream Lodge's practices.
