- emplacement parfait à qq minutes du centre mais sur les hauteurs avec vue sur la lac - personnel adorable - chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue - petit déjeuner copieux

- nous aurions aimé pouvoir y manger le soir mais ils ne faisaient que les petits dej!

Prabhat nos dio un trato de 10, le pedimos si se podía adelantar el desayuno 20 min para poder coger el tren de Kandy a Ella y fue súper amable y lo hizo por nosotros! La habitación muy cómoda, colchón y almohada de mucha calidad, sin duda merece la pena alojarse ahí

Nothing. Everything is ok

The location is perfect for walking into Kandy centre and around the lake. Couldn’t have had a better location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds really comfy Breakfast was a mix of toast, butter and jam, french toast, freshly cooked omelette, yoghurt and fresh fruit. (Omelettes, yoghurt and fresh fruit was all great - toast is toast isn’t it!) Air conditioning and hot shower worked which is a revelation thus far in our trip!

Bathroom was smelly and damp, and mould everywhere. Needs a good dose of bleach leaving to soak on the walls and floor. Bedding needs an upgrade, with torn towels, sheets and stained pillows. Breakfast before 8am was not Sri Lankan as they buy it in, so didn’t get a Sri Lankan breakfast option as we started at 7.30each day Inner door between room and road needs a lock on it that only staff and residents can access. Disconcerting anyone can walk in off the street and access bedroom areas
