Service provided by the staff was exceptional and breakfast was fabulous 👌🏿

We liked the location and it was also close to Kandy viewpoint. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The staff was friendly

We felt like we had been catfished. Just a warning the accommodation looks nothing like the pictures (not the rooms we stayed in anyway). Hats off to the photographer. The second bedroom smelt like sewage so my parents had to move rooms and general cleanliness was well below par. Some of the staff were a bit pushy. Pushing local tuktuks with them however it only encouraged us to leave the hotel and order and hail up the street. Just too intense.

The manager was amazing. His support was unwavering and he was friendly. Made the whole stay better. Me.Jayasinghe was always there to help and he is much appreciated. The staff was great. Breakfast was also really good and tasted great. Room was clean and relaxing. Good view as well.

The location was a short thought uphill walk from the centre. There was also a shortcut which the hotel manager was kind enough to let us know. The facilities were average. The bathroom of the room we stayed in could use a little more work. Addition of wall mounted organiser for keeping shower essentials would help. Over all the staff was good good property for short stay

Property is getting upgraded as it is under renovation when we visited. Breakfast was very good and we had good time as family.

Staff were very friendly. Kitchen staff were really amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely.

Just the bathroom. Needed the counter to put shaving gear etc on it.
