Close to the airport (although it's not walking distance). Quiet neighbourhood and the room was comfortable enough. The driver was really nice.

We got an impression the host was kind of pushy for extra money. We got let in by the host's friend (I think) and he wanted to charge us an extra tourist tax of 8 eur (2 people, one night - totally overpriced!) even though our Booking reservation said the tax was already included in the price of the stay. The airport transfer is expensive (25 eur one way, even though it's just a 6 min drive) and is kind of forced on you. It was close to impossible to say no but we managed to get an uber one way for just 16 eur.

Very nice and helpful host. Uncomplicated check in and check out. Nice, clean and quiet room, not far from the airport. Exactly what we needed. Airport transfer can be booked, which is convenient if you arrive late at Catania airport. Transfer worked well both ways.

The apartment, especially the kitchen was very well equipped, clean, and perfect for our one night stay before flying home. The owner, Simona was maybe the nicest host I've ever met, when we missed our bus in the morning to the airport, I asked for her help and she came very quickly and drove us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight!

Everything about this place is amazing. Specially the host, she is such a helpful/kind lady. Our stay was comfortable and easy. The location is also near to the airport. I highly recommend this place, the view is amazing from the balcony you can see both the Mt Etna and also the beach.

Outstanding hospitality and an extremely warm welcome by the owner! Simona is the most incredible hostess I have ever met! The apartment has a great view of Mt. Etna, and a perfect location to observe the sunrise!
