First of all, we flew in by plane and rented a car at the airport. The journey to our accommodation was as easy as possible and there was always a free parking space in front of our house throughout our stay. I believe a car bus would have worked just as well - there is a bus stop right outside the house. Already at the time of our arrival, the owner made sure we arrived well and when we would arrive directly at the house, for a good coordination of the handover. The handover and explanation of everything - five stars out of five. The owner is very pleasant and most helpful. We even had some questions prepared for our stay. Everything was answered perfectly for us. We even adjusted our planned excursions according to the recommendations and did not regret it. The accommodation is superbly maintained and as clean as possible. The hallway, living room and kitchen are shared with another room, but that's how we knew about it and accepted it. The owner seems to be mindful of decent tenants so we didn't experience any problems with roommates. Kitchen well equipped, including desserts (breakfast) and drinks - much appreciated. Also during our stay we felt the care of the owner and her help when we needed it. For me, if you can live with not having the whole apartment to yourself, super choice. Especially for shorter stays with the aim of travelling further around the island.

I would recommend just moving the wifi to the hallway to improve the signal in the bedroom. Otherwise, I can't think of anything.

Breakfast was excellent with all the facilities needed to make anything one wanted. In fact the kitchen and bath was exceptionally well stocked with anything and everything.

The location might not have been the best but very close to the airport with zero noise from planes and easily accessible, exactly what we wanted and needed!

Everything is good there is nothing i don't like.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Catania and close to airport.

The room has good space. It is close to the airport.

The place is located in a bad area, it is a kind of a hostel. It is an appartment with around 6 rooms together using the same bathroom. Price-quality relation is aweful. They charge a lot for a place located in an awful area. Maybe they do it to keep the level of the people. But it is not worth it. I wanted something close to the airport that is why i choose it. But i realized that you can pay the same money in a much better area, and just take 5 minutes more to get to the airport. I would not go back to this place. You have to park the car outside and there are a lot of robbery of cars in that area. Forget about taking a public bus to the airport. That place should not cost more that 15-20 euro.

The fact that the Catania airport is a 6-minute drive is huge plus. We just needed a place to stay for the last night before flying out. Simona was as friendly and as helpful as can be. The check-in and check out was easy. The place is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom, bedroom the whole place very clean and nice. Snacks, coffee, tea for breakfast and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need.

I didn't realize that this place is in the block of flats. Totally took me by surprise. I looked at some of the pictures and read the reviews and didn't take the time to look at all the photos even the last ones that actually show the location and the entrance. In any case it was totally my fault fault not to do a thorough research before.

Simona helped us to book a taxi and provided all the necessary information. The room was spacious enough for 4 people.

Everything is ok

Super friendly & uncomplicated host, everything tidy, big room & bathroom, 6 minutes to the airport by car, drinks in the fridge, tea & coffee available and some small croissants for breakfast

We needed a place to stay near the airport (6min by car) for our last night in Sicily. The owner, Simona, recommended a pizzeria in the neighborhood and we were not disappointed, the food was excellent (Panificio pasticceria). The flat was shared with others, but with our own bathroom and bedroom. Thanks again to Simona, she managed to find us some transportation at last minute for the airport, and was very nice and helpful.
