It was in a quiet area, but close to all the activities and sights. I loved that there were extra blankets and pillows in the cupboards. Lots of towels AND facecloths (a rarity in many places) The heat pump kept us cosy. Thank you.
It’s not a big thing, but, an outside light to assist in finding the keyhole for us oldies. Otherwise, just perfect.

The property has absolutely everything you need.
There is only one thing that would improve the house and that’s a separate toilet but that’s not practical either.

Very comfortable stay. Would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but we made do with only 3 people staying there. Wifi was adequate and we loved the proximity to the geothermal areas like Te Puia. Super convenient to have the washer/dryer there that we definitely used.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect and the property is located on a quiet street. Spacious and clean. Check in and departure was clear and simple. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Had everything we needed for our stay.
Main bed was great but the 2nd bedroom the bed was extremely hard. My husband had just run the 100kms in the tarrawerra race and had to take to the lounge to sleep as his back and hips were suffering.
