York Minster Apartment

The apartment itself was lovely clean and modern. Bed very comfortable.

Got there and our parking space has another car in it. Didn't seem to be any sort of welcome pack with any instructions. No hot water. No heating. 3 pillows to a double bed No spares to be found. There was tea n coffee but no milk. For the price of apartment they could've had even sachets of UHT available. Didn't receive entry instructions had to chase this after paying £25 extra for an early check in.

The property was warm and spacious

The hot water ran off very quickly and only two people could show at a time if you was lucky due to heating system also the cleaning standards need to be better in bathroom

Location was good, and apartment was nice. However the apartment could have been excellent had the bathroom been as clean as other areas.

Green mould around shower base, and shower drainage outlet not as clean as we’d like. Other than these two issues apartment would have been very good instead of just good.

Proximity to York centre. Most things you needed were supplied

No liner in kitchen bin Would be good to have hooks in shower room to hang towels/ clothes but otherwise great

Lovely apartment well located with secure parking. The apartment was beautiful clean and well appointed. Booking and check in were very straightforward and communication with the owner first rate.

Only one niggle, just 3 mugs not an issue for us.
