York Minster Apartment

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with straightforward access to everything in York. Bonus was off street free parking in the basement. There were a couple of blips around key location and car position but Jordan was very easy to contact and extremely helpful.

Proximity to road. Could do with coat hooks and bathroom hooks and more T towels and J cloths. Small details.

Good location, well worth the money, very comfortable and lots of room.

Needed microwave containers and coffee machine.Also more glasses other than wine ones.

The apartment was excellent - modern, clean, and comfortable. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Fantastic position to walk into the centre. We attended the theatre which was only a 15 min walk

It was too warm but lots of windows/patio doors that open (just felt like a waste of electricity to open). Instructions on adjusting the heating would be helpful

Location to city centre

Great space for 4 of us, easy to walk into town. Coffee, Asda & food all close by. We managed to check in early and check out late.

A few things that could do with sorting - clock in the kitchen needs new batteries, bedroom light not working very well and struggled to get the hot water on for a shower.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Jordan sent us very detailed instructions for how everything worked and provided us contact numbers if we had any queries. It is a very short walk into York so was the ideal location.
