Very well located. Easy walk into central York city and attractions. Comfortable and sufficient space for 4 guests.. Fully met expectations We had a large SUV and the room within the parking area was more than sufficient. Overall a good experience via a strong value proposition, a comfortable, well located apartment and great telephone support from Jordan during the check-in and access process.

The apartment was more impressive than the photos suggested. It was bright, modern, well equipped and very clean. It had two bedrooms, one en suite and another full bathroom. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well as in the living room. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, etc were all provided which was excellent, as well as a washing machine, iron, etc. It was a bonus to be able to sit in the balcony. Great value for money. We would stay again.

The beds are small (doubles at best) and one of them really needs a new mattress. Pillows were poor. Toilet paper was cheap and very thin. Lots of details are provided prior to check in re how to access keys etc. I won't provide details here so as not to share info the owners would prefer to keep private until the correct moment. What I will say for constructive feedback is that the key safe needs a label on it which matches the instructions provided. That key safe also needs to be able to be opened once the code has been entered without breaking nails or causing finger pain. We spent a lot of time trying to access the building and then access the keys. The instructions are comprehensive but would benefit from being partially rewritten to follow a more logical order and also to cover leaving the building and the car park at the end of the stay.

The position of the apartment .15-20 min walk into town.

The cleaning in the apartment wasn't done properly..fair play the owner did call the cleaner back but she didn't do a good job the second time either...

Very clean with modern amenities. Had everything one would need . Short walk into “Old” York which was very convenient.

Location on a busy road., so for first floor not the best for noise. Was advised that while we requested early arrival (and received confirmation could do this), this was an auto generated message and not really available.

The location was great and the apartment was nice but unfortunately the communication was very poor - we had no hot water on arrival and no instructions whatsoever about any of the appliances, bins, departure, keys etc etc

The mattresses on the beds were like jelly - really soft and uncomfortable and moved around everytime you did. The cupboard with the mugs and glasses is in a really awkward place, making it almost impossible to reach properly into unles you're really tall. I had to use the washing up brush to lever a mug out. No cloths to wipe down surfaces for spillages etc. All we had was toilet paper and there wasn't much of that so we had to buy more. Very heavy entrance door to apartment. Make sure you read the final set of instructions you're given as the address is different to the address you're provided with on booking. We were driving round and round for ages trying to find out where to go, which was no fun after a 5 hour car journey. The car park is extremely tight, especially if there is another slightly larger car in the opposite space. The apartment is furnished sparcely and there are no mirrors, except the bathroom one. Quite sterile and cramped for 4 people. Two days was just enough.
