York Minster Apartment

Really great and spacious place to spend a few days at a really good price! Modern and clean. Ideal for two couples as there was 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath. The rooms themselves were clean. Only a 10 min walk to the city walls, and a five min walk to a local asda if you need anything.

Could have done with a floor length mirror in each room, and maybe a small, stand-up mirror in the drawer, as the mirror in the bathroom is really far away. I had to set up my own area with the bedside table pulled to the window each morning, a water bottle, and the mirror from my eyeshadow palette to be able to do my makeup and hair, and my best friend had to join me at this makeshift set up due to no mirror in her room either! Another nit pick is that there’s only one key. This meant that our friends had to walk us back to the apartment as we tend to go to bed a bit earlier. We also didn’t have any body wash in our bathroom so we had to go to buy some, and we could have done with some more toilet roll but other than that it was a great place for a short stay.

The property was of a high standard. It was perfectly located for our needs. Highly recommended. Jordan kept in touch on the run up to our stay and made himself available during our stay, should we have required it. He also provided other colleagues contacts, if needed.

Lovely modern apartment, with a nice balcony. Nice location with shops very close.

Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been very helpful. Also it said toiletries were provided, but there was no shower gel and not enough toilet rolls for the duration of our stay

Beautifully well maintained, 2 large double rooms. 3 TV’s. 2 large bathrooms 1 with a bath. Lovely lounge & balcony. Car park with a permit. 15 min walk into York. Lots of lovely eateries within walking distance

Nothing would 100% book again. My 80yr old Mum loved it.

Layout, modern finishes, laundry, clean bathroom and bedding.

It seemed like the cleaning person missed a few things. The ensuite toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, there were crumbs and dirt on the main bedroom and living room floors, and something stuck to the microwave dish.

Great location, free secure parking, spacious apartment, well organised details and communication from host.

Property and location were excellent. The apartment was clean.

Bit of a problem accessing the car park, but was soon sorted.
