It was close to the shops and the beach

Being locked out of the property for almost two hours, the host not being helpful telling me she has a spare key to the main door but is busy at another property despite me telling her I needed my diabetes medication and that the young person I was with was a looked after child with emotional and behavioural needs. Then, constantly ringing my phone from 11.30 till midnight and texting me to let her cleaner into the property I paid for a service for a short stay where we couldn't get into our room for almost 2 hours and then being disturbed whilst resting to meet yhe hosts needs then as the front door was not fixed having people shout all through the night fir someone to open the door

Good location. Nice big room

Couldn't get telly to work due to inside airial. And only hand towels.but I will just take my own towels next time.

Literally 3 mins from the seafront and the Tower. Great placement. No parking at all, but a large 24 hour council car park within 500 yards. Clean and secure with self check in. My apartment had a brand new shower suite, hot water perfect. Great comms with owner.

Main front door is open normally but was locked on arrival. Owner gave us the additional code within a minute, no probs to the get through next secure door. Furniture was dated but absolutely adequate and in good condition.

Nice apartment close to Winter Gardens. The kitchen was excellent, and the bathroom was large and very clean. The access was somewhat complicated but manageable.

There was a constant beeping sound from the corridor which was there for the whole stay (sounding like a fire alarm which needs a battery replaced). We could hear it day and night, so it was difficult to sleep or do anything without earplugs

The place was very clean. One of the beds was firm and the other softer - so you can chose which to sleep in based on your preference. The room was quiet during the night. I wouldn't hesitate stay here again

Check-in could have been better. The lockbox code was originally not sent. My friend called the owner and this was resolved quickly. My TV didn't work. Not good when trying to watch a football cup final. Fortunately my friend's TV was working.

Basic but okay for the price.

Smell of damp in the entrance/stairwell but room was fine and clean was a bit of a mess to actually get in to the property having been provided a code that didn’t work to then have to call and be texted the right code, which then gets you through the front door to another door with a keypad to get a code again which also didn’t work. The process could definitely be streamlined a little

Toilet although usable requires fixing. Small towels Small TV Lights over bed did not work. Had to phone for lock box number
