Location was great, had all the facilities we needed, it was comfortable and clean and great value for money

Nothing, my only tip is download the check-in information before you get there, signal is shocking

What a rip off, no heating apart from a tiny air blower for All apartment, no hot water, no iron, no washing machine, (All on website) no working TV, fridge was 'wonky', did not stop here, went and paid for another apartment elsewhere, they had the audacity to charge me £185.00 for three nights, surely refund or compensation?

I was annoyed as when i got there we could not get a signal to obtain the keys to the room , i had previously texted and emailed to find if we needed to take extra pillows or towels , and they just said they would tell us when we got to the accomodation which was no use , i booked an appartment with them , yet they had not provided any bedding for the fold out bed , i contacted them and they said cos there where 2 of us we had to share one bed - NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING SO RIDICULOUS IN MY LIFE , why pay for an appartment if you can only use one bed , my mate had took me away as my son had died recently and he was helping with my depression , so this was an extra hassle we could have done without , finally after threatening to cancel my Paypal payment they said we could have Flat 4 instead , exactly the same as our room except bedding for the fold out bed , so issue sorted out but issue could have been avoided totally , i have talked to othe Hoteliers since and none of them had heard of anything so stupid at all - just adding to my anxiety and depression when that is what i had come to get away from - to be honest not happy at all about the experience.
