Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and fairly modern. Cooking facilities were good- induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Staff respond reasonably quickly to problems.

Curtains thin and let far too much light in. The curtain actually fell off the rail while we were there and staff came to clip it back up. Needs a new curtain rail- it actually was broken.. Very few cooking utensils- there were no bowls, and more cutlery needed!!

The property was in an excellent location, everything within walking distance. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

It was extremely difficult to gain access to our room as there is no reception. We had to call the number associated with this property and upon calling staff were rude and hung up several times. There is no lift or disabled access to rooms in this hotel. The furniture was outdated and the chairs were stained, there was a musky smell to the room. In the bedroom there was a big hole in the wall and it had just been repaired using sellotape. There was no hot water in the room The Wi-Fi didn’t work and there was no signal to use mobile data. When we turned the radiator on a cloud of dust and a horrific smell came from the radiator and triggered mine and my friends asthma and allergies.

A great location, only few minutes walk to bars, clubs, restorants, shops and the beach. The Lady owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great value compared to other city centre hotels. Room was lovely, clean, big, and en suite. Definetly I will stay again and I recomended it.

The location is brilliant, it's exactly where you want to be, certainly if you don't drive etc.

The decor was a bit outdated but thats just a matter of personal taste, so our stay wasnt affected by that at all. However, we did notice the wifi wasn't working most of the time we were there. Also, on our first morning the electric went off, and at the end of the day when we returned it was still off. We contacted the owners who told us about the meter, but things we had in the fridge were spoiled. Nothing had been mentioned prior to our stay, so it would have been appreciated to be told in advance that it would go off unless we put a pound in the meter.

It was clean

The single bed was small and uncomfortable so me and my two children had to sleep in the double bed. The large hole in the wall in the bedroom was celetaped up.

The carpets was clean and the bathroom was nice rest is all disappointing and negative

The single bed was appalling . It was rusty and half broken and bits of cardboard has been out over it to hide this. Wasn't a proper mattress it was a old sofa cushion thrown which was lumpy and uncomfortable. The frame was dangerous and would of collapsed . So my 1 year old ended up having to sleep in double with me and he's dad . There was only one spoon and two forks despite it stating was a fully equipped kitchen. This was the first time I've stayed in Blackpool and been left in a inadequate room . It spoilt the night away has I spent all yesterday trying to make memories with my family really tired due to lack of bed space and sleep in the apartment. I also feel cheated has I paid and when I've tried to complain and get at least a part refund I've been ignored altogether .

The property was very clean. High standards of cleaning by person looking after it. Central location and greta price. Nice new shower room with electric shower. Big rooms. Woman who was looking after the apartment was very pleasant and willing to help

Couldn’t get the TV working, tried tuning it in to no joy. Wi-Fi was very much hit and miss. Couldn’t get no hot water which wasn’t a massive problem as just boiled kettle or shower was electric.
