The property is clean,safe and very comfortable

The service was poor when we done booking they didn’t give us whole information and details needed like access code from a gate the security ask it we were not given. Second we waited so long for them to give us a room number and the key but we made bookings earlier there was no appropriate apology for that, even if we go inside the was no booklet details about a room and facilities security codes and password like WiFi , we have to call them. No park number given in time. This was so frustrating because we pay more money for such services. Last the room was advertised R964 on the app but I end up paying R1164 if I can get a clarification for that. Front desk must a have a good communication with room mentainance management this effect us as guest to experience bad service on a location marked as best “ site visiting”.
