The cleanliness of the place and location very close to food and supermarket

We had a slight geyser issue overnight however it was sorted out the next morning. We had no hot water upon arrival Cleaning shouldn't be charged separately

Place is clean, peaceful

When I was making the payment I was over charged for extra cost of cleaning don't know if it was for changing bed linen or cleaning the room but none of this
