Location.Comfort.Heating in house.Kitchen was very well equiped. Coffee machine. Loved the place.

If I had to be picky. No Bbq facility. Beds are a bit soft for our choice.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and homely place to stay. Easy walking distance to everything. Very friendly host who had the heatpump on for us on arrival. Excellent kitchen and laundry. Having two bathrooms was helpful, and the large kitchen table was great for our cards' nights.

Proximity to everything. Design of the house. Comfort and cleanliness of the house and mostly - fabulous hosts! Iona and Graham could not have been lovelier or more helpful! So happy to have stayed there!

The property was soooo close to the facilities we needed. Iona the owner was so helpful.

This was an oasis of peace during a 4 week trip. Off street parking so the hire car felt safe. Hosts helpful with check in which was easy. What was not to like about the inside - it was clean, fresh, had the space in the living/kitchen/dining area that was needed. Bedrooms with comfy beds. Bathrooms were good as were the washing facilities. Kitchen had the basics needed and the coffee provided was great. Walking distance to the 4 square store and town facilities. Some previous guests had written bad things like needing to leave by 10am.!! Those people obviously are self centred. You need time to clean and prepare for following guests.

I wanted to inform hosts about our rough arrival time. The booking.com system sent me numerous messages to this effect even though hosts replied quickly.
