The room was very spacious, the hotel was dog friendly and there was a good kitchen and shared common area. The staff were very friendly and we had safe and secure parking.

It was very loud from very early in the morning as our room was beside the road.

Almost nothing

After not finding the hostal since they did not put any name outside (WHY?! Seriously, why???), a guy opened me and laughed saying „did you search long? But well now you’re here, that’s all that counts“. I guess that’s not all that counts. I had heavy luggage and it started getting dark, I was walking around with my 4 year old son and all they say is that. Super rude. The other owner seemed nicer. However, the whole accommodation was super dirty. My bed sheets were used, like the towels. They denied that. I had to tell several times that they smell and look used, like men‘s sweat. In the end, I took towels and sheets from another room. The owner wasn’t there. Generally, no one was there. Which was white spooky since the accommodation doesn’t seem safe (door is open the whole time), very rustic and not secure. The bathrooms were so insanely dirty and smelly that I went to the toilet in cafes around if possible.

The location was very central. The room was huge and we loved that it was pet friendly. It also had a great kitchen and large shared lounge

Our room was beside a main road and it was very loud from 6am with buses and traffic

Helped look after spare luggage while we went to hike volcanoes.

Can be loud in rooms next to bathroom. Cold water only but this was known at booking.

The building is old and gorgeous, airy and very high ceilings. The host is very kind and helpful. Lovely courtyard to relax in. Can walk to the main square in under 10 minutes. Laundry facilities.

The daily wake up from the sound system in the shop over the road. Bathroom could be cleaner....but appreciate the hostel is a work in progress!

Nice chill space.

Very noisy from bus route next to hostel, no glass in windows, so the fumes came into room. Kitchen needs a good deep clean Andy organising. Bathrooms need some love.
