GBThe best accommodation that we stayed in and a lovely luxurious end to our 4 week road trip in NZ, very well located between Queenstown and Arrowtown with a great view down to the river from the lookout in the garden The suite was very spacious with high quality furnishings and a most comfortable large bed. Juliet and David made us extremely welcome and the homemade breakfast was perfect. Booking the outdoor hot tub late in the evening with a glass of wine looking up at the stars is highly recommended! We're hoping to go back to beautiful NZ again next year and if we stay anywhere in this area we will have no hesitation booking ourselves into Moonlight Escape Lodge again.
The unpaved driveway could do with some smoothing out and repairs but don't let it put you off, we were just a bit unprepared for it when we first arrived but our small SUV hire car managed to get up and down OK by taking it slowly.

GBRoom was comfortable, generously sized, and the views from the property overlooking the river were great. The breakfast was listed as continental but that description very much undersold the delicious food we were served. A great base for nipping over to Queenstown and Arrowtown. Great hosts.
ZAGBA beautiful place to stay overlooking the Stopover River. Tranquil and quiet up a 800M driveway to the property amongst the forest of trees. The hosts were a lovely couple who always appeared approachable, friendly and informative. Juliet's breakfasts were lovely! The hot tub was delightful.

DKWe felt very welcome in a beautiful house/room. Fantastic location with peace and view. Close to restaurant and Queenstown. Breakfast was delicious. We got a lot of help, when we needed contact with previous accommodation. Juliet and David get our highest recommendation.
