Everything, the staffs are more than kind and helpful. They care for us like we were part of their family. Everybody who work there, want to help us with everything. The apartment is super clean and every day our feeling was that we are coming on our first day. Amazing place with so positive and helpful people🍀🌹☀️ Thank You to Ignacy, Shadrak, Haji and Esta, and all other staff, amazing people 🌹🌹🌹

Everything was perfect, doesn’t have at least one thing which we don’t like

Just Heaven is located in a beautiful, relaxing fishing village. It is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday away from crowds of tourists. The breakfast were delicious with many options to choose from. These need to be pre-ordered the night before and are conveniently delivered to your apartment by the friendly staff. The staff were exceptional! A special shout out to the manager, Shadrack and Haji :) They were able to assist us with everything we needed from advice on activities to transport. They checked on us regularly to ensure that we had everything we needed. They even organised a surprise birthday celebration for me :)

We were unable to find a suitable supermarket within walking distance of the apartment, but this was easily addressed by an excellent taxi service arranged by Just Heaven.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach, amazing views & sunsets. The staff are all friendly & go over & above to assist. We decided 2 weeks before our travel to renew our wedding vows in Zanzibar. Ignancy & Shadrack helped arrange & book decor, photography & a pastor within 2 days. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, right on the beach in front of the apartment. Shadrack surprised us with a cake & and a bottle of champagne, words can't explain how special & beautiful they made our ceremony. Breakfast is brought to your apartment every morning at your chosen time. My kids really enjoyed the pancakes that my son asked Shadrack to prepare a few for him one evening & he did it with a smile. There are 2 restaurants close by for lunch & and dinner. 1 of them offer 10% discount to Just Heaven Apartments, including delivery to the apartment. Shadrack arranged a tour for us including transport from & to the airport. We forgot some stuff at the apartment & Shadrack was kind enough to arrange with the driver to drop it off at our next location. We've stayed at 3 different places & I must say, Just Heaven is the best. The apartment is new, clean, amazing seaview & comfortable. I must also mention that Ignacy was not around, but he kept in contact, making sure that our stay was perfect. We will definitely visit again & refer friends & family.

There were no dislikes.

The peaceful beachfront location, tranquil but actually so much to see and do. Best of all was the incredible Hajid who was available to help with everything, including giving me a tour of the next door village, a low tide guided walk to the coral reef and helping me understand and use local transport which was another great adventure.

At the start I thought it was maybe too isolated, but I quickly learned to love that Matembwe isn't overrun with tourists. My room didn't have a balcony, but they let me use one in a nearby room that was being upgraded. I loved that peaceful balcony right on the beach.

First of all, I would like to thank the apartment owner Ignacy for his interest from the beginning to the end. The staff was very polite, smiling and helpful. If you like peace like me, you will love this place. I will miss watching the magnificent sunrise and sunset from the balcony with a coffee , the walks on the seaside everything. If you want to have a perfect holiday with peace of mind, this should be the place you prefer. Hope to see you again. Greetings from Istanbul.

Don’t hesitate—this is where your vacation will be even better than you expected. Zanzibar is naturally stunning, and while tourism services are still developing, choosing these villas means you’ve selected the best option available. The place is well-rounded and offers both comfort and beauty: 1. Modern and comfortable design 2. Fully equipped kitchen 3. Daily cleaning and great attention to detail 4. The beach is right in front of you—no need to go far 5. Most importantly: incredibly kind and professional hosts who made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left They were also very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out, and their warm hospitality stayed with us throughout the entire stay.

It was a really nice stay in Just heaven apartments. Room has everything necessary. One of the things I appreciate is the availability of cooler with drinking water in the room. You can drink as much as you need, or use water for cooking. In other hotels it’s max 1 bottle per day, and usually it’s not sufficient. Staff is really taking care of things. It’s clean, food is good and they share very useful hints and advice about real prices on the island. Will be cool when the renovation is completed and you open your own restaurant. I was offered much fancier and bigger room for the same price as my small one if I was going to extend my stay. Very generous offer. Since the hotel is new, couple of improvement ideas. These are just minor things, which didn’t affect my rating: There is not enough drying racks or hooks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Also tooth paste and soap holders can be mounted directly to the wall to allow for more space on the sink. And there is an opening above the door through which light from the staircase is coming into the room. I prefer darkness when I sleep so for me it was a little nuisance.
