Appartamento abbastanza grande, pulito e caldo, gode di un'ottima posizione: la via tranquilla vicina alla stazione e ai tutti servizi, possibilità di parcheggio privato Host molto gentile e disponibile

Da migliorare angolo cucina (sprovvisto di stoviglie, da aggiungere anche un accendino per poter accendere il gas e da aggiungere un adattatore per poter utilizzare la microonde)

le logement sentait le sale infect, la cabine de douche est dans la cuisine,les toilettes sur le palier Les photos sont trompeuses le parking a 20 € est tout simplement la cour On ne peut absolument pas se garer dans la rue c est payant et même la nuit Il faut le savoir Et pour finir nous avons perdu l argent de deux nuits propriétaire ne rembourse pas et nous avons du trouver un autre hébergement UN CONSEIL NE LOUE JAMAIS CE LOGEMENT

Lokalita nebyla daleko od nádraží, což bylo cílem. Pokoje byly čisté.

1. They charged us 40€ more than expected (20€ for a small dog for one night and 4€ per person per night for 'tourist tax' (it was only disclosed after booking and paying)) 2. The parking lot is locked, and we couldn't park since the other tenants/customers also had cars and somehow got priority. the parking lot in this area isn't free and the fee if you don't get a ticket it 32€. 3. The room is very dirty and not well kept; the freezer was full of ice and had mold, the windows are dirty, every corner and light bulb is full of spider webs and one of the bed frames was completely broken and the mattress felt down from the slightest weight. 4. The owner/ person responsible for giving the key didn't answer my messages, and I had to call and wait for 15 minutes to get the key despite having texted twice about our arrival time. Yet when it came to the checkout, he immediately responded. About safety: you don't really get too feel to safe as there are people constantly walking in and out of the property. There's a joined bathroom with leads to a 'joined' door and the person that gave us the key has clearly entered while we were away. You sleep the whole night with the fear that someone could easily walk/break in and you can't really rest much since you constantly hear the people upstairs walking and loudly closing the door of the fence. At check out when I told the person giving the key about everything above, he insisted that the bedsheets were 'new' and if we had those expectations then next time we should book a five star hotel (for having basic expectations?) and he said he 'can't do anything about the price' since he has to pay his owner too(?). There are a lot of hotels not even 5 minutes away from here that are wayyyy cheaper and a way better option.

Location. Easy to access Venice with a short walk to Mestre Station.

Everything else. Do not stay here! It is not at all representative of Italian hospitality, and quite why they're allowed to house guests at such an extortionate rate in such atrocious conditions is a mystery. The photos are quite deceptive, basic maintenance on the property isn't conducted to the extent that the gardens are unkempt, light fittings failing and (most seriously) the ground floor drainage is blocked leading to a glut of mosquitos and biting insects inside the property. Staff on the premises claim that "this isn't a 3 star establishment, what do you expect?", refuse to speak Italian (or any other European language offered) with any competence, photographed travel documents on their personal mobile devices and took an incorrect (and potentially too high) amount of tourist tax whilst making poorly articulated demands (children were charged for when they haven't been elsewhere). Security is a concern, with the toilet outside the main apartment across a shared stairwell, despite not being advertised as a shared facility... whether this is worse than a shower cubicle with a blocked drain being in the kitchen is a question for the health inspectors. Someone has seemingly purchased an abandoned villa as a cash generator and is doing the minimum possible to make it habitable. Given what they charge, the place should be better.
