Catania Sicula Folk

The apartment was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return. It has the best view to the city, super central location and possibility to park. Our host was very friendly helping us with everything. We loved our stay at Sicula Folk.

There was nothing we didn't like. However it is worth mentioning that there are a couple of stairs which lead to the apartment so it is not a stairsfree accommodation.

Really characterful room, just like in the photos. The bed was comfy, shower was good, and you have everything you need - toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board, etc. The best part is the private roof terrace with views of Mount Etna, really impressive! And lovely, helpful host. Location is amazing, right in the centre of town in walking distance to everything but still quiet inside, a just 1 minute from an amazing local market with clothes and fresh produce. Parking is available inside the building courtyard, but tight!

There's an elevator up to the third floor but then there is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the apartment - something to bear in mind if you have bags or difficulty walking. Car must be small to fit in the parking space

The apartments are located on two levels and there is a steep spiral staircase leading to the second floor, this can create a problem for older people. Parking is available in the yard but is suitable for SMALL CARS ONLY. we were unable to park and although the problem was later solved by representatives, a lot of time was lost

Great stay in characterful quirky property. Fantastic central (but quiet when inside the property), with stunning views from the roof terrace. Excellent prompt and friendly communications with host . Loved it, and would happily return .

Nothing - all good. Kitchen facilities were, as others have commented, small - but honestly, not sn issue, it was ample for two people, and loads of of restaurants, cafes, bars and eateries right on the doorstop.
