Tolle Wohnung in kurzer Entfernung zur Altstadt. Top ausgestattet, mit Allem was man braucht. Davide und seine Mutter sind ganz liebe Menschen und perfekte Gastgeber. Parkplatz vor dem Haus in einer sehr gepflegten Umgebung.

Great, spacious apartment, very clean, excellent location. The apartment is very nice and spacious, well arranged with very good facilities and everything that you need for a short or longer stay. All necessary appliances in best condition: air conditioners in both living room and bedroom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge, cooking appliances, dishes cutlery and crockery, all excellent. Great size bathroom and shower with essential supplies available. Great location with up to 10 minutes walk to centre, and with good supermarket close by. Easy to find free car parking right in front of the property. Above all, the hospitality and generosity of the hosts, both in person and via WhatsApp is remarkable.

All was fine really, nothing serious, just to note the slow draining of the shower and basin in the bathroom may need a bit of attention. The pillows are a bit lumpy and floppy and the mattress has uncomfortable dips.

The location was perfect for us. David's mum met us and she was very warm and welcoming. The complimentary drinks and biscuits were very appreciated. The apartment presented like the photos and was very clean. Kitchen and laundry are very functional. Overall a great stay. Thanks 😊

L'appartamento si trova su strada con un parcheggio gratuito davanti casa. La struttura è moderna, con una cucina molto ampia, un bel bagno con doccia, camera spaziosa e diversi comfort per la casa (come lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della casa). Presente anche l'aria condizionata, sia in camera da letto che in soggiorno/cucina. La struttura è un po' lontana dal mare, ma è molto comoda se si ha la macchina, perché si riesce a raggiungere le spiagge e il centro storico di Monopoli in pochi minuti. L'host Davide è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno, offrendoci un kit di benvenuto al nostro arrivo.

La struttura si trova al piano terra, per cui risulta quasi impossibile tenere la porta aperta per far circolare l'aria. In camera da letto non funzionava la finestra motorizzata e abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno con la finestra aperta, sentendo diversi rumori durante le prime ore della mattina (ma nulla di esagerato). Inoltre, la camera confina con il soggiorno/cucina con una finestra, dove non è presente nessuna copertura, per cui di mattina entra parecchia luce.

David y su madre fueron muy atentos en todo momento. nuestro viaje se demoró varias horas y ellos nos esperaron para entregarnos las llaves personalmente. El departamento tiene todo! muy comodo y cerca de la estación del tren y del centro histórico.

Host super attento. Ci ha fatto trovare tante cose per la colazione e una casa super ordinata e pulita. Molto utile il parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo alla casa. Consigliatissimo!!!

Casa un po’ rumorosa per via della posizione

casa perfetta per una coppia! Spaziosa, molto ben attrezzata e soprattutto host gentili e disponibili. Non potevamo pernottare in posto migliore! Molto consigliato

Everything was perfect: very clean, modern apartment, with everything you need and Davide was nice and ready to help us whenever needed, even with earlier check-in . The beaches in Monopoli are not the best, but Davide House makes up for everything that is not perfect. .It's an accommodation you rarely find, so we appreciated every moment spent here.
