The communication with Davide was smooth and great, he was really helpful and we really appreciate extended stay! the apartment and all facilities were amazing!

Davide is an amazing host. All the extras provided (food and drink) were above and beyond what we have seen before. The location is fantastic, especially if you have a car as there is plenty of free parking. It's in the city with groceries and restaurants close by, and a nice 10 minute walk to the historical center. But we found we liked the other areas closer to the apartment more. The place is clean, bed is comfortable, there is a washer and a dryer.

Be aware the windows are very high up so you cannot see outside. They provide light, however. We never found it dark. You exit directly onto the sidewalk so you can hear people walking by. Neither of these things were enough of an issue to prevent us from coming back, but just to be aware.

Davide was an excellent host and his house was perfect. Everything was great, including the cleanliness of the space, the location etc. and we'd love to stay again if we return to Monopoli. Grazie Davide!

Spacious and clean apartment with whole equipment. Free parking are available on the street in front of the building. The host was kind and helpful. Close to the city center (10min walk). Perfect place to explore the north side of Puglia. Nothing to complain about.

I loved everything about it. It was immaculate with everything we needed and also some thoughtful touches. It was centrally located with close proximity to a public parking lot and really in the center of everything. One of my best stays in Italy and I’ve had many.
