Crescent Moon Homestay

Great place in Lakshman Jhula. A bit away from the main street so it's nice and quiet, but you're in the center of town within 2 mins. Clean, super comfortable beds and big rooms. There is also a big rooftop terrace. Kitchen with filtered drinking water is a bonus.

Very nice guesthouse near Laxman Jhula but away from the crowds. I really enjoyed staying at Pooja’s homestay. It was clean & room was large, cozy, and I slept very well. Nice kitchen too. It is high up the bit steep hill from downtown, & I enjoyed the walk there to escape the noise & go to town when desired. It felt safe at night too, in a cute local neighborhood. Pooja is sweet and helpful, and it’s a nice independent stay.

The hosts Pooja and Noni are so kind and considerate. They organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and the a porter came to meet the taxi and help me with my bags. I had a balcony room with a view over the rooftops and mountains. Very clean room comfortable bed, lovely hot water. The walk to the main street is less than 5 minutes. There is a kitchen here if you want to cook for yourself. I ended up staying here for 3.5 weeks because I was so comfortable I didn't want to move. Amazing place, great hosts, clean rooms and linen (sometimes hard to find in India. Highly recommend. I will be back

The behavior of Pooja Madam and Noni Sir is very good.After coming here I felt as if I have come to my own home.

The owner is available for any question, she helped us for our transport between the bus stand and the hotel. We were also able to check in early as we arrived very early in the morning The hotel is well located, a little bit above the hill but 5 minutes walking distance from the center. The room was cosy, spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable I would come back!

Host was nice and friendly. He was in the touch all the time. Place was nice and calm. We also had a balcony in our room. Kitchen was also available for additional price. It is also possible to rent a scooter there.

It was difficult to find the place, but we called a host and he met us and showed the way to the property. Would be nice if they had clean blanket covers. Fridge is not available in the kitchen.

Pooja Ma’am and Noni sir were great hosts and made sure to help us out in every possible way. The rooms were clean, provided with proper amenities.

I liked the most how kind and helpfull the owners are. They helped organize transportation, and were also very kind to make sure i was comfortabele. It's a nice big room, a lot of extra blankets, heater is available (I'm travelling in January). There is a rooftop wich is excellent for yoga. Location is very close to Laxman Jhula, but you have to learn your way around in the small streets.. Ah the kitchen and filtered water is nice bonus!

Home from home Great room, loads of floor space for doing yoga. Also a sunny roof terrace. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended
