Everything was perfect! From the host to the accomodation to Como itself…..the apartment is brand new and fully equipped. The host was friendly and very helpfull!

Excellent stay we are absolutely amazed by the degree of care from the host. This property is in the heart of the old city Como- everything is on the doorstep. The accommodation has got everything you would need and the owner gives you tea/ coffee to use. Also great to have basic spices or olive oil available in kitchen and very clean. Kitchen equipment all you need is in an excellent order more that you would expect in hired place. Also from this place so easy to walk to all restaurants and shops.

the fact that this is very old part of the city the car must be parked few minutes walk from main old city centre but it is still not very far however parking could become busy in some times. the host gives you all directions for any parking in this area.

Absolutely nothing, everything fantastic.

Stefano met me to hand over the keys, show me around the apartment and how to use everything. It was great to meet him and know he was a text message away, plus he helped me with my luggage and recommended places to eat! Very attentive!

Perfect location in the heart of Como, 5 min to boat station. Great place designed with high attention to details. All things traveller needs are here, fully equipped, even nespresso machine with capsules. Btw I can’t recall hotels or flats where fire extinguisher and first aid kit were available and visible. Host Stefano is highly hospitable! He made a short tour in flat on our arrival and gave valuable advices regarding local restaurants and sightseeings. If you arrive by car you have to park outside of historical center where place is located. Ask host about public parking, it’s 15 min by foot and cost 3 Eu/day (free on weekends). Strong 10 of 10! Wish to come back again.
